Throughout Paul’s letters to the Corinthians, there are some different themes that take place. In 2 Corinthians 4-9, Paul we seem themes of ministry, giving and reconciliation. If you haven’t already, take time to read through these passages and share below what stands out to you from them. If you would like some encouragement from past devotionals we have been doing, you can click here.

Here are 3 lessons learned and insights from 2 Corinthians 4-9.

A Ministry of Reconciliation

Paul talks at length about his ministry and what his whole goal of ministry is throughout the Corinthians books. In 2 Corinthians 5, Paul shares about how the ministry of Christ is a ministry of love and of reconciliation. See the passion of Paul as he shares about his ministry and how God is using that. And, be encouraged by Tom Pounder as he share this devotional about it.

Thank Your Ministry Partners

Ministry is tough, especially if you are doing it alone. However, if you have been blessed to have partners in ministry, take time to thank them for all the support and help they have been for you over your time doing ministry. Anna Mari shares from2 Corinthians 7 and in this devotional about the importance of thanking your ministry partners regularly.

Use Your Talents for God

We all have been gifted with talents from God. But, are you using those gifts and talents for God’s glory and work? In 2 Corinthians 9, Paul talks about this. Read the passage and be encouraged as Tom Hamberger shares in this devotional about how you can do that every day.

These are just 3 of the lessons you could have gotten out of from this week’s passages. However, they are not the only ones. What did you get out of reading these passages?
