Prayer for grieving moms
August 19th is the Day of Hope and is set aside to recognize those who have tragically suffered pregnancy, infant, or child loss. The day has often marked by individuals making prayer flags to display and bring public awareness to the silent trauma that can keep many in unhealed spaces. God can bring light into these dark places and heal as we pray for those who have experienced this loss.
Come to the nZone any time on August 19th to receive prayer or pray with and for others. This is open to both women and men who have suffered loss from infertility, pregnancy (including abortion regrets), infant or child. We will have fabric, ribbons, paper to color, and a variety of other items to create flags that will be displayed at the nZone.
Even if you can’t come you can be a part by donating fabric swatches, ribbons, buttons, anything someone could use to create a small prayer flag. Drop your donations off at the church office or at KidZone check-in on Sunday.
