Courtney is one of our GroupFit class instructors and is excited to share with you her passion for exercise. HIIT is a high-intensity cardio workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. These sessions are designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, and boost your metabolism. HIIT is perfect for those looking to maximize results in a short amount of time, making it ideal for busy schedules and fast-paced fitness goals.
You may see Emily playing the piano at church on Sundays. She also knows how to push you to reach your exercise goals. Emily coaches Adrenaline throughout the week and enjoys getting to know all of the group members. Adrenaline consists of a group warm-up followed by a functional fitness workout designed to build strength, increasing mobility, flexibility and body control while learning proper form and technique. Workouts are time or task-based activity consisting of multiple combinations of exercises challenging every aspect of your physical fitness capability.
