Ephesians 6:1 CSB – Children, obey your parents in the Lord, because this is right.

Proverbs 22:6 ESV – Train up a child in the way he should go;
even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 31:26 NIV – She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

Colossians 3:20 CSB – Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.

2 Timothy 1:5 CSB – I recall your sincere faith that first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and now, I am convinced, is in you also.

2 Timothy 3:14-17 CSB – But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed. Proverbs 1:8-9 ESV – Hear, my son, your father’s instruction,

As You Grow Older, To Honor Means……

John 19:25-27 CSB – Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple he loved standing there, he said to his mother, “Woman, here is your son.” 27 Then he said to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home. 

1 Timothy 5:8, 16 CSB – But if anyone does not provide for his own family, especially for his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

If any[b] believing woman has widows in her family, let her help them. Let the church not be burdened, so that it can help widows in genuine need.
