Memorial Weekend is typically a great weekend filled with warmer weather, pool openings, beach trips and fun family/friend BBQs as we remember all those in the Armed Forces who died protecting our great country.
But as great and festive this coming weekend is for many, this can also be a Life Killer for others. Some people are entering this weekend with a lot of anxiety and loneliness. They could be college students stressed and full of anxiety over not having a summer job yet or contemplating what next school year will bring about. They could be moms or dads feeling lonely after losing loved ones recently or having no one to spend the weekend with. Or they could be anyone stressing over decisions that need to be made or not having someone special in their life.
