What Kind of Savior is Jesus?

Mark 5:26-28 NASB – A woman who had had a hemorrhage for twelve years,… after hearing about Jesus, she came up in the crowd behind Him and touched His cloak.28 For she thought, “If I just touch His garments, I will __________.”

“Daughter,…. your faith has ________________. Go in peace and be healed from your affliction.”

Mark 10:46-47 CSB – And as [Jesus] was leaving Jericho with His disciples and a large crowd, a blind beggar named Bartimaeus…was sitting by the road. 47 When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”

Luke 7:37 CSB – a woman in the town who was a sinner found out that Jesus was reclining at the table in the Pharisee’s house. She brought an alabaster jar of perfume

vv.38-39, [she] stood behind him at his feet, weeping, and began to wash his feet with her tears. She wiped his feet with her hair, kissing them and anointing them with the perfume.

(The Pharisee)….if [Jesus] were a prophet, would know who and what kind of woman this is who is touching him—she’s a sinner!”

Luke 17:50 CSB – And he said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”

Luke 19:8-10 CSB – “Look, I’ll give half of my possessions to the poor, Lord. And if I have extorted anythingfrom anyone, I’ll pay back four times as much.”

Hebrews 1:14 describes angels: Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve those who are going to inherit salvation?

Hebrews 13:2 CSB – Don’t neglect to show hospitality, for by doing this some have welcomed angels as guests without knowing it.

Supernatural Predictions From Prophets

Matthew 1:22-23 CSB – Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet: 23 See, the virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and they will name him Immanuel, which is translated “God is with us.”

Matthew 1:21 CSB – The angel said, you are to name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”

Philippians 2:9-11 CSB –

What Difference Does Jesus Make?

John 3:16 CSB – For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

Ephesians 2:8 CSB – It is by grace you are saved, through faith.

Titus 2:11-12 CSB – For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, 12 instructing us to deny godlessness and worldly lusts and to live in a sensible, righteous, and godly way in the present age,
