Mother’s Day (Chantilly)

Ephesians 6:1-4 CSB – Children, obey your parents in the Lord, because this is right. ² Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, ³ so that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life in the land. ⁴ Fathers, don’t stir up anger in your children, but bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

When We Are Young

When We Are Young Adults

In Old Age

John 19:25-27 CSB –  Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. ²⁶ When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple he loved standing there, he said to his mother, “Woman, here is your son.” ²⁷ Then he said to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home. 

Proverbs 23:22 CSB – Listen to your father who gave you life, and don’t despise your mother when she is old.
